South Africa has been cursed Apostle Amoako-Attah says, due to Ramaphosa's condemnation of Israel

Apostle Francis Amoako-Attah has warned that South Africa is under threat of potential military coup if the country fails to transform or be cautious. He believes the origin of this threat is rooted in South Africa's opposition against Israel's offensive on Hamas, which could lead to monumental disturbances during the forthcoming 2024 general elections.

He stated that South Africa's problems have been escalating since the day President Ramaphosa pulled back his embassy from Israel. The Pastor, who is also the leader of the Lord's Parliament Chapel, had previously advised the South African government to exercise caution as they approach the 2024 elections.

Amoako-Attah alluded to the imminent political landscape in South Africa, presenting a similarity to previous Ghanaian elections. He claimed that the current administration could devise ways to manipulate electoral results, which might force the opposition to request a delay in the elections.

Nonetheless, as per his analysis, the government, being aware of its misconduct in election manipulation, will reject any proposal for postponement, sparking the initial phase of chaos. He predicted a lot of violence in 2024 due to election-related issues and claimed the root cause is the governing party's intention to rig the vote.

South Africa has been accusing Israel of genocide in the International Court of Justice. The nation asked for a halt to the conflict in the troubled Gaza area, blaming Israel for attempting to annihilate Palestinians living in Gaza.

Israel's Foreign Ministry dismissed these allegations as baseless both factually and legally, going as far as to call it a disgraceful exploitation of the Court. Israel's stance has been that its conflict is with Hamas and not the civilians of Gaza.

South Africa has been a leading critic of Israel's military actions against Hamas in the Gaza territory. In early November, it withdrew its entire crew of diplomats from Israel due to the nation's treatment of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.

Accusations of war crimes by both Israel and Palestinian militant groups in territories dominated by Israel since 1967 are under probe at the International Criminal Court, which operates independently of the U.N. However, the outcome of this inquiry remains uncertain, as Israel is not a member of the I.C.C. and refuses to acknowledge its authority.

Despite not acknowledging the competence of IC. C., Israel has signed the Genocide Convention along with South Africa, which allowed for the case to be presented at the International Court of Justice, otherwise known as the World Court.

Cyril Ramaphosa, South Africa's president, equated Israel's handling of Palestinians to apartheid, a system of racial segregation that lasted almost 50 years in South Africa till its abolition in 1994.

On drawing back his country's diplomats from Israel, Mr. Ramaphosa, an anti-apartheid activist in the past, criticized the international community's passive observation of escalating air attacks on Gaza and the West Bank, which, he says, has resulted in the destruction of schools, hospitals, ambulances, civilian facilities, and roads in Gaza's southern region.

According to Gazan health officials, more than 20,000 Palestinians have lost their lives in Gaza since the war erupted on Oct. 7. On the same day, Hamas attacked Israel, killing an estimated 1,200 people, as reported by Israeli officials.

On Friday, the Israeli government issued a statement, asserting that it has attempted to minimize the impact of the war on civilians and accused South Africa of collaborating with Hamas, a group infamously referred to as a terrorist organization seeking the destruction of the state of Israel.

The role of the World Court, located in The Hague, is to settle legal disagreements between its member nations.
