THE WOMAN I BROUGHT TO ACCRA FROM THE VILLAGE I MARRIED HAS ARRIVED ARROGANT AND RUDE. FURIOUS HUSBAND

An unidentified young Ghanaian man who recently married a woman she met in the countryside has gone online to complain about how his wife now treats him with contempt.

The man who provided his name as Kwesi claimed he chose to marry a rural girl because he thought city girls were more demanding and had an insatiable desire for money.

Kwesi said that when he initially brought his wife to Accra, she was courteous and well-behaved in his viral article that has become a social media trending topic.

When she met new people in the capital, though, everything abruptly changed. In addition to beginning to frequent nightclubs, she has begun to demand enormous sums of money from him.

The wife, formerly polite and obedient, has turned arrogant like Emperor Nero and often disagrees with him.

Kwesi wrote about his tragedy and shared it with the world.

"I thought being married to a rural girl would be better because Accra's city females are so extortionate and love to spend money, but now I regret it," he said.

After our marriage, she was excellent when I initially took her to Accra, but once her eyes opened and she made acquaintances, she started to feel uneasy.

She now goes out with friends without informing me,

She now has higher expectations than the city girl I left for her. She has lost all regard for others, is quite haughty, and consistently believes she is right. Anyone considering getting married might learn a lot from Kwesi's experience.

Everyone should take the time to get to know someone before forming any snap judgments.

Marriage is a lifelong commitment that requires love, respect, and understanding between both partners; these qualities cannot be exclusively secured by proximity to one another geographically or culturally.

What would you have done if you happened to be in Kwasi’s shoes?
